proudly uses International Cellulose Corporation's Celbar and Regal Industries Inc. stabilized, fire resistant, mold, insect and vermin resistant cellulose products that are environmentally friendly and made with 80% recycled materials. These products have a high performance measure with an R-value of 3.6 to 3.8 per inch applied. These products provide for an excellent air barrier, because they are 2 to 3 times denser than fiberglass. This greatly reduces air infiltration into and out of your home or building.

What is it?

Our Sprayed Cellulose Insulation (SCI) is a stabilized, fire resistant, mold and mildew resistant insulation that is environmentally friendly and that provides for higher sound deadening characteristics than fiberglass. SCI provides for a much better air barrier to make hour home much more energy efficient with an R-value of 3.6 to 3.87 per inch applied.

SCI can be spray applied to various thicknesses to attain the desired insulation efficiencies. SCI will form to uneven, open surfaces and will fill in those normally hard to reach spots providing an airtight thermal barrier. We typically fill the wall cavities or your home to provide an overall R-value of 12.6 for a 2x4 wall and an R-value of 16.5 for a 2x6 wall. Because SCI is such an effective insulator we advise that you reduce the size of your heating and cooling units. Properly installed SCI has been shown to provide a 38% increase in efficiency in providing thermal protection to your homes annual heating and cooling performance. It functions year round making your home more comfortable, quieter, healthier and more valuable.

What we do!

ThermoSpray insulates and sound deadens the interior walls of your bathrooms to provide a more quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We will also spray other walls that you may wish to quiet, such as laundry rooms, furnace rooms and recreation and family rooms.
