proudly uses CFI Foam, a Foam-in-Place non-expanding foam. CFI Foam is a highly efficient, economical thermal and acoustical Foam-in-Place insulation. CFI Foam will not emit hazardous gasses when exposed to heat or fire. It will not support combustion and will not ignite or drip in fire conditions.

What we do!

ThermoSpray of Lexington, Inc will inject CFI Foam into existing wall cavities and concrete block hollow cores. This will greatly increase in thermal resistance and reduce the sound transmission of the wall being injected. CFI Foam's InsulSmart is ideal for retro insulating existing older homes, while Core Foam is a great application for masonry wall projects. We will drill holes in the wall being insulated, then inject CFI Foam into the cavity. The foam will seal the holes. An existing wall may be injected from either the inside or the outside. Please note, on interior walls, the building owner will have to repair and paint the existing patched areas to match the original condition.
